Our family has had no heating or hot water for three weeks and they are unable to provide us with an anticipated bulk delivery date after ordering over a week ago! Poor customer service, no pro-activity. Only suggestion they offer is to send an engineer to decant cylinder gas into bulk tank and charge their customer when the issue is their supply chain.
